Delivery Times

We deliver to you within 5-15 working days from acceptance of your order

Furniture which you would like assembled,by us prior to delivery to you  may on ocassions take longer to deliver.  If this is the case we will notify you. 

 Items available for assembly are clearly marked under the avalable options box. Just click on the arrow to find the price for assembly. This price will be charged at the time of your order.

DELIVERY

All deliveries are charged at our set rates and please note, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wright, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, and parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Isles.

Delivery to England and Wales £30.00

Delivery to mainland Scotland £30.00

 
We offer free delivery if the price of  your order is over £280.00

We  offer free delivery  on your order if  it  is for delivery within  the County of Cambridgeshire.

Delivery price is for flat packed or assembled.

We offer certain items for assembly by us prior to delivery

Please see the price we charge for this, which is shown alongside the individual item description, in a drop down menu box. The purchase price will be either flat packed or assembled.

The prices for assembled flat pack furniture are clearly marked on the website.
Please note that due to logistics we do not deliver assembled wardrobes, they are available flat pack only, for delivery or collection.

Assembled items may on occassions take longer to deliver. If this is the case we will notify you.

How we deliver to you

We will send you an initial e-mail advising you we are processing your order.

Once we have processed your order we will e-mail you to let you know we have accepted your order. This e-mail will confirm the details of your order and will also advise you of the timescale for delivery of your order.
 

The delivery company will then contact you via the contact telephone number you provided with your order to make the necessary arrangements for delivery.

Please ensure you have provided us with sufficient telephone numbers to make contact with you. Any additional numbers or information about the delivery, can be provided on the Delivery information page of your order under “Add comments about your order”
 

Please note that deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you need other times please advise us when making your order.

The delivery company will contact you near to the delivery date to confirm delivery details.

 
The delivery van is a one person crew.and only deliver to your front door.  If you require a two person crew to assist you with installing the order into your home, please discuss with the transport company who can  assist at an additional cost.
